Ambassador is my go-to for date night cocktails or when I'm showing someone around from out of town. I also love to stop in for their ever-changing drink menu. Really eclectic and relaxed. The bartenders are courteous and professional with a dash of humor!

Really enjoyed it here. It's clear they care about making good cocktails. Cocktail menu changes 3-4 tubes per year, too, and the bartender was knowledgeable and able to make anything you'd want that was not on the seasonal menu. Enjoyed the vibe as well.

The atmosphere and ambience at this establishment is simply unparalleled. All the interesting knick-knacks and pieces of art make this spot a truly unique experience. The dimly lit lighting is also spectacular and sets a great mood. It helps that all the bartenders seem very passionate about their job and have great recommendations for your liquor of choice. The beer selection was also pretty good. If you are looking for a spot to drink in Appleton, this may be one of your best options.

On our "Moms Night Out" , Spencer rocked our unique drinks in this eclectic and quaint bar. This is a great spot to have a conversation with close friends with few interruptions and a class act set of tunes rocking in the background!! Check it out! You won't regret it!

If your in Appleton and want good cocktails, this is the place to be. By far the best hangout in town. Best cocktails, best staff, and coolest owner. This is the place to be to have a good time be it a drink or two before dinner or a show, or closing down your night. Cool quirky vide, and super cool people.

Best cocktails in town, made with fresh ingredients that make for great balanced drinks! Definitely worth a stop. Parking garage right next door so parking is close.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The drinks you can tell have so much time and thought into making them fantastic. With all the bars on collage ave Ambassadors really stands apart by being something entirely unique. Everyone of the staff are great people who will give you great recommendations about the drinks they serve or simply want to talk to you. There is no other place I would want to spend my time.

This bar is much calmer than the bars you will find on college. The owner visits often and is friendly and willing to talk. The bartenders are open to trying to make any drinks/shots and they recognize you. Very friendly and grew people!

This has to be my favorite bar I've ever been to. The decor is it's own vibe in itself! I can't even explain it, you'll have to see for yourself. Bartender was friendly and helpful. The drink "Something with Rum in it" was delicious. Wanted to go back a 2nd night while we were in town but wasn't able to. Hope to visit it again someday!
